The association Anna + Sascha e.V. renovated this house with great commitment from 2017 to 2025. Particular attention was paid to accessibility.
Our hotel is an inclusive business. It is located in the heart of the old town of Annaberg-Buchholz. The building at the “Buchholzer Tor” with its historic defense tower was part of the Annaberg city wall. We offer 11 rooms that are suitable for different needs. Two of them are wheelchair accessible.
In our beautiful café on the first floor, you can enjoy an à la carte breakfast, snacks and drinks. A seminar room is available on the second floor. It is equipped with presentation technology.
A tactile guidance system for the blind runs through the entire building. The elevator has a visual and acoustic orientation system. All public rooms are barrier-free and accessible by elevator. They are equipped with Wi-Fi, a modern room management system and visual and acoustic signaling in the event of a fire.

In our lovingly designed café, we invite you to enjoy your day with freshly brewed coffee, homemade cakes, and a selection of savory dishes. Whether for breakfast, afternoon coffee or as a meeting place with friends – here you can combine enjoyment, encounters and a warm atmosphere.
The café is a lively part of our inclusion project: people with and without disabilities work hand in hand here – with passion, professionalism and an open smile. This makes every visit not only special in culinary terms, but also in human terms.
Our opening hours are
Tuesday to Saturday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Breakfast is served until 11:00 AM, followed by soups, light meals, burgers, homemade cakes, coffee, and cold beverages.
